Problem :

JBI Software’s internal platforms were difficult to navigate, visually outdated, and inconsistent across modules. Users struggled to complete key workflows efficiently, resulting in increased support tickets and prolonged onboarding times.

Solution :

We delivered a streamlined, modern interface built around real user needs. Core workflows were redesigned for clarity, navigation was simplified, and a consistent design system was applied across the platform. The result was a UI that felt intuitive, responsive, and scalable, built to reduce user friction and support future growth.

Challenge :

JBI Software relied on legacy internal tools that had grown cluttered over time. The platform was functional but lacked structure, modern UX patterns, and consistency. Teams across departments had different experiences with the same tools, making training and efficiency a constant challenge.
